About this trip
Lake Cileunca sits among tea plantations in the cool Pangalengan highlands south of Bandung. We set up a lakeside camp, then spend the late afternoon fishing from the shore and a small boat for freshwater species.
Evenings are for the campfire, a simple home-style dinner and clear mountain skies. Early the next morning the lake is often wrapped in mist, the best time for another session before breakfast and a walk through the surrounding tea gardens.
